This Partial Lunar Eclipse happens close to Pluto in Capricorn, bringing an energy of intensity. Pluto in Capricorn wants to break down old structures. In conjunction with the Moon, these are the belief systems and programming that have kept us emotionally powerless.
Across the way, the Sun is in Cancer, along with Venus, reflecting the need for deep change in our psyche and personality constructs. With Chiron in Aries, this is all about being true to who we really are. These planets and the North Node of the Moon in Cancer are saying we need to gently nurture this truth back into our life.
But with Pluto involved, the process is anything but gentle. With a Lunar Eclipse next to the god of the underworld, much is sure to be revealed. It’s time to peel away all of the false games and compensations we have used to survive this life, so we can find the hidden treasures of who we really are.
This Total Solar Eclipse happens in the sign of Cancer, close to the North Node of the Moon. Eclipses are a lining up of energy and bring a great revealing. Mercury is in Leo, joined by Mars the day before this Eclipse. Mercury is slowing down in preparation for a retrograde cycle starting on July 7th until July 31st. In Leo, these planets together can bring some explosive expression, positive or negative, but that has to do with the truth of who we are. For many of us, this has been deeply suppressed, maybe over lifetimes.
Saturn in conjunction with the South Node is bringing up karmic control patterns that have kept us hiding our true self. The great revealing that is available is a true expression of what is hidden deep within. Perhaps here, there is a power and a purpose we didn’t even know we had.
So much of the last few years of Astrology has been about preparing for the new energies that lie ahead, represented by Uranus in Taurus. Mercury comes close to a square with Uranus, just before taking it’s retrograde. We are not quite sure if we are ready to take the leap into the new, unknown territory.
More clearing and adjustment is needed. With the North Node in Cancer, much of this has to do with our relationship to nurturing. Do we deserve to feel cared for? Can we let ourselves have the support we need to break free from the chains of the past? One thing is certain, truths hidden in the depths of our psyche are rising to the surface during this potent Eclipse Season July 2019. There is much to be revealed.
We are feeling an incredible line-up of astrology with Mercury and Mars together with the North Node in Cancer, directly across from Saturn and Pluto and the South Node in Capricorn. We are in a portal between the past and the future, as if suspended out of time. This is a potent time for this Cancer/Capricorn axis, as we officially move into Eclipse Season, July 2019. Cancer is our ability to receive and feel nurtured, while Capricorn represents authoritarian structures that may have gotten in the way. The July Eclipses will take place in Cancer and Capricorn, highlighting the upcoming 2020 Astrology.
Mercury and Mars both want to move forward and are consulting with the North Node of the Moon on how to go. But structures and beliefs, as well as karmic contracts from the past are holding us back, with Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn. Mercury and Mars stay close together for close to a week, as Mercury slows in preparation for a retrograde in July. Mercury enters it’s retrograde shadow on Thursday the 20th, the day before this Solstice.
We are feeling a bloom of the mystical, and yet confusing, energies of 2019 with Saturn in Sextile Neptune, and Jupiter in square to Neptune, both in exact formation for this June Solstice. We are being nudged, or perhaps dragged, kicking and screaming, into a new paradigm. The Universe is having a lot to say, but it’s up to us to take advantage of this powerful time of potent messages.
This Sagittarius Full Moon happens close to Jupiter. We are feeling a lot about whether or not our life is satisfying on all levels. Emotions are coming to the surface, with Mercury and Mars together in Cancer. These planets are in a tense opposition with Saturn in Capricorn, bringing up frustration about our life not being what we would like it to be.
Where is the meaning and purpose? And why is there so many mundane issues keeping us from this meaningful life? The daily grind gets really old day after day, but still we have to pay the piper, and get up and do it all over again.
Mercury and Mars are hanging out with the North Node of the Moon in Cancer. There is immense pressure to allow ourselves to be nurtured into our next, more meaningful chapter. But opposite Saturn, stubborn, set in place structures of our psyche and this manifest world are getting in the way. But Mercury and Mars in trine to Neptune are inviting us to imagine something new.
There’s a powerful backdrop of possibility with Saturn in sextile with Neptune. Is it possible to tweak this reality, little by little, into something way better? Can our lives come into greater harmony with who we really are?
Jupiter in square to Neptune, says our delusions and distorted beliefs are getting in the way. With all these aspects involving water signs, we are sure to feel it all really intensely. These feelings can point us directly to these false beliefs, giving us an opportunity to change our thinking. There is huge support to see things in a new way, getting out of the trap of old thinking.
That’s good, because Mercury and Mars go on to oppose Pluto just after this Full Moon. It’s a breakdown of all that is no longer serving. Ego death is the healthiest thing for our psyche, and yet never any fun. It’s time to let it all wash away, rise from the ashes, and begin anew.
There are some sweet aspects leading up to this New Moon in Gemini, gently nudging us around the sharp corners of our lives. It’s been an intense time, but perhaps its for a good reason. Neptune is still in trine to the North Node of the Moon, inviting us to dream into the future, and break through the delusions that might be in the way.
It’s Venus’ turn to be in sextile with the North Node. Still at home in Taurus, Venus is bringing a openness to beauty and love. It’s a great time to enjoy and appreciate nature and Mother Earth. Venus says, relax, and let the love in.
It’s a sweet, but also sensitive time with all this water energy. Mars in Cancer will come up to the North Node the week after this New Moon. We are learning how to nurture ourselves, or rather, how to ALLOW ourselves to be nurtured. It’s taking some deep re-wiring, and a brand new perspective.
With Mercury at home in Gemini, with the Sun and the Moon, it’s a great time to rest and re-set the mind. With Saturn and Pluto coming so close to each other last month, it’s like we crossed over a threshold into the future. It’s a whole new game, and we need to take some time to get our head around it.
We are being asked to dive deep for this Scorpio Full Moon, deep into what might be still hiding in the recesses of our consciousness. With all of these transits to Saturn and Pluto, we have been in a karmic purge. Now it is time to wash away everything that is keeping us in these old patterns. It’s a time of great revealing, not so fun, but incredibly helpful in seeing the truth behind the garbage that has been surfacing in our life.
Venus moves into the sign of Taurus, just before this Full Moon, coming up with Uranus. The new energies are activating. Are we going to let them pass us by, or stand up and receive the blessings? What if the universe wants to take care of us in a whole new way, but we don’t think we deserve it?
Mercury will be near the Sun, and therefore opposite this Full Moon. We are still grasping for some sort of understanding, perhaps the deep dive of this energy will help shed light. This is the first conjunction of the Sun and Mercury since before the powerful Mercury retrograde in Pisces in March. We are shedding skin and updating our identity. Mercury and the Sun move together into the the sign of Gemini, just after this Full Moon. Mercury makes a sweet sextile with the North Node, reminding us that help is on the way when we can allow ourselves to be nurtured.

The old authoritative patterns are standing guard, with Saturn in conjunction with the South Node of the Moon. We will be feeling this for the next 6 months, making 2019 a year of preparation for a ‘changing of the guard’. We are approaching an opportunity to release ourselves from everywhere we have given our power away.
Mercury is in Square to Saturn and the Nodes of the Moon, leading up to this New Moon. A new conception of reality is the only way out of this mess. But, in square to the Nodes, our thinking is straddling the past and the future. This brings great impatience, especially with Mercury and Venus still in Aries, heading into double squares with Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn. The past no longer fits, but we are not quite ready to make the leap into future.
For the last week, we have been feeling Mars in Gemini in square to Neptune. We are sooo wanting to move forward in our new reality, but how can we, if we don’t even know who we are and therefore where we want to go? The more we strive for clarity, the more confusion comes. But this New Moon marks a change. A commitment to the true self, and the new energies. It’s a decision within to chart a new course, and a trust that the higher part of you will somehow lead the way.
This is the second Full Moon in Libra. We are getting some big messages about finding balance and justice. Maintaining equilibrium is crucial with the big energy shifts that are happening on the planet.
Mercury comes out of retrograde shadow and moves into Aries on the 17th. Venus exits Pisces to join him in Aries on April 20th. This is the same day that Mercury comes up on Chiron in Aries. We are finally, actually, for real this time, moving into the new energies. Inner balance can go a long way in harmonizing this shift.
Venus is in square to Jupiter leading up to this Full Moon. We want our dreams, but we don’t feel worthy. Past programming is keeping us feeling down about our selves. Venus leaving Pisces and moving into Aries can bring a huge shift into self-empowerment.
With Mercury coming up on Chiron, it is also a time for a fresh new perspective on our woundedness. The messenger has spent the last six weeks wallowing in Pisces, trying to help us understand and release the chains of the past. What if the wounds can heal so well, that you are better than before? First, they must be thoroughly cleaned out. This is what this last year has been all about.
Saturn and Pluto are heading into their closest alignment of the year. We are feeling the heat on what needs to change for us to move forward. 2020 is a profound marker of dramatic change. We are in preparation.
Saturn and Pluto are both close to the South Node in Capricorn, living in the past. We have got to figure out the truth of where we came from and what has happened to us, before we can move into the new.
The Sun is comes up on a conjunction with Uranus just after this Full Moon. It’s time to re-set our electromagnetic field and invite a wider perspective as we move closer into the Aquarian Age. In Taurus, Uranus says the Earth is getting an upgrade, along with us. It’s a great time to tune in and allow an energetic re-set, to bring balance into our lives as we shift into the next chapter.
Mercury and Neptune have been traveling together for close to two weeks leading up to this New Moon. Mercury is direct and we have forward motion, but clarity has eluded us. This New Moon marks the beginning of a new chapter.
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, marking new beginnings. It is time for the seeds to sprout. But we are still recovering from our sojourn through the past, with that Mercury Retrograde in Pisces. Pluto is exactly conjunct the South Node of the Moon leading up to this New Moon, making the old patterns very uncomfortable. But when you are stuck in retrograde confusion, what do you do? It’s time to shed that skin and break out of the old.

There’s a lot going on for this Equinox and Libra Full Moon! Venus is in square to Mars, saying it is time to heal the division within us, as well as the opposites of this world. Pallas Athene, in square to the Nodes of the Moon, brings diplomatic tools of intuition and intellect, and messages about how to get out of this mess, and move forward.
It’s time to reach across the table and find common ground. We have got to get out of the dark ages of the ‘divide and conquer’ paradigm. Divided we are weak, together we are strong.
Pluto is in conjunction with the South Node, bringing up past programmed feelings of fear around our own power and potency. Mars in Taurus, in trine to Pluto and the South Node, says it’s okay, we can find a new way forward. It must include self-care and nurturing, and having our basic needs met. Are we staying powerless to avoid the fear of our own power? This is erroneous programming in the psyche that must be healed.
Mercury in Sextile with Saturn says there are creative solutions, but only if we are willing to allow our perspective to adjust. We build a new world, first through energy and concepts, before it can be birthed into reality. Venus in Aquarius, in Sextile to Jupiter, is saying that if you want to get back on the quest, and move into the new energy, it all comes down to self-worth. Do you deserve it?
Just after this Equinox and Full Moon, Mercury comes into it’s week long conjunction with Neptune, as it prepares to station direct on March 28th. First we must get really confused, before things can later make sense. It’s a time to ‘sit with it’ and allow ourselves to assimilate and integrate these potent times, knowing that more clarity is on the way, come April when Mercury exits it’s retrograde shadow.
